New Hope Worship Center has experienced growth far beyond our expectations. That growth has been a blessing and a challenge.
Acts 6 | This Chapter discusses the challenges created by a rapidly growing Church. The duties of the church became so overwhelming that the Apostles were distracted from their duties in the church.
3 “Now look around among yourselves, brothers, and select seven men who are well respected and are full of the Holy Spirit and wisdom. We will put them in charge of this business. 4 Then we can spend our time in prayer and preaching and teaching the word.” ~Acts 6:3-4
Those selected as Deacons were men and women full of faith and the Holy Sprit.
