Joe Palm
Senior PastorPastor Joe is from Baltimore Maryland. He had a radical conversion that deeply impacted his life. God rescued him from an overdose of drugs. At the same time that Joe cried out to God to save him, the Lord caused his parents, Papa John and Mary Lou, to hear their sons cry in an audible voice hundreds of miles away. God heard Joes prayers and radically saved him. Shortly thereafter Joe accepted the call to serve Jesus and he had been faithful to that call for many years.
He has an associates degree from Christ for the Nations Institute, Bachelors Degree in Theology and Political Science from Dallas Baptist University, Masters Degree in Divinity from Oral Roberts University and a Masters Degree in Pastoral Counseling from Regent University. He has served as an associate Pastor for churches in Virginia and Oklahoma and served as the Senior Pastor of Family Life Church and Focal Point Church until God called him to plant New Hope Church in 2013. Presently, as our Senior Pastor, his ministry style is not to be the guy who does everything. He equips the body of believers to do the work of the ministry and spends a lot of time mentoring others to become all that God has called them to be.
Pastor Joe is married to Kim Palm. Kim is a native of Canada. She works as an accountant but also has a ministry degree and is a wonderful compliment and support to Pastor Joe. His son is Kaleb, an FAU student and his daughter is Sarah, a young high school student. For fun he loves sports of any kind! He is an avid Ravens and Orioles fan! His favorite place to chill is any beach!

Executive PastorErik Daniel Pimentel was born in Puerto Rico to Pastors Angel and Edelmira Pimentel. Growing up in the church, he was amongst pioneers and warriors of the gospel. Andres Melendez
Associate PastorPastor Andres Melendez was born in Brooklyn, NY and raised in Puerto Rico. It was in 2004 when God revealed Himself to Pastor Andres through an act of love and mercy in the midst of a disordered and rampant life. That year, he received the news that his mother accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior. It was a promise that the God had made to Andres when he was 17 years old, and after that promise he backslid. An invitation that she gave him to come to church, 17 years later, was what provoked him to go to a service on February 8, and after hearing a sermon about Joseph and how God always keeps his promises, he rededicated his life to Jesus.
Pastor Andres has a Certificate in Addiction Counseling from the International Reciprocity Board of Therapeutic and Rehabilitation Communities. He also holds a Community Organization Certification from Recinto Universitario de Mayaguez, PR.
Pastor Andres has been an Evangelist for the Iglesia Centro Cristiano Getsemani (Getzemani Central Christian Church) in Mayaguez, PR and is now the Media & Evangelism Pastor at New Hope Church in Orlando, FL.
Spending time with his wife, Noemi and his sons Andrew and Ian, is what he loves to do on his free time. Board games are always a must with family and friends.

Peter Medina
Associate PastorPastor Peter Michael Medina was born and raised in Brooklyn NY. His beginnings in church were as a Catholic. He knew God existed early in his life. He followed many of the traditional religious rituals because that was what he was taught, until he met someone who invited him to church and that’s how he came to an understanding that it was about a relationship with Christ. He accepted Jesus at the age of 19, at which point his spiritual battles began and that brought him to a place where he was in and out of belief. Until he came to Florida, where God radically changed me and I’ve been following him ever since and doing work for the Kingdom.
Pastor Peter has an Associate as an electronics computer technician. He has attended Life School of Ministry for a year and a half and is currently pursuing his Associate at the Institute of Hope in Theology and Practical Ministry. He has much interest in studying the word of God and preaching the gospel. In his free time he likes to draw and play guitar. Peter also works for H&M construction and remodeling as an HVAC Technician.
At New Hope Church, he served as a youth pastor and now is currently leading the Prayer Ministry and is the Online Pastor for Sunday services. Peter is a husband to an amazing woman of God, Normarie, a father of 7 children and a step father to 4. He loves and looks forward to spending time with them. There is never a dull moment and he is grateful and blessed.

Armando was raised in the church, but fully committed his life to Christ Jesus at the age of 35, after he experienced a radical encounter with the Lord. His testimony is one of redemption and restoration, where Jesus met him where he was, similar to that of the Samaritan woman at the well. As his walk with Christ Jesus matured, he now serves as the Men’s Ministry Leader. Recently, he has answered the call to serve within the Pastoral Ministry and is currently in training to become an ordained pastor.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems Security with a minor in Homeland
